Continuous and ultrafast laser sources (0.1-4 ps) at high repetition rate, tunable from 600 to 900 nm.
The laser systems are also supplied with setups for frequency doubling and tripling to cover a spectral range from 250 to 450 nm.
Two low-temperature (4K) microphotoluminescence set-ups, equipped with different
spectrometers (from f=0.25 m to f=1 m) and different detection systems. One set-up
is used for optical excitation, the other one is for correlation intensity measurements
(Hanbury-Brown and Twiss set up).
A room temperature SNOM system, for near-field imaging.
Several detection setups both for Time Integrated and Time Resolved measurements:
UV-VIS CCD cameras
a LN2 cooled InGaAs arrays (spectral range 0.8 - 1.7 micron)
a S20 streak camera (spectral range 350-800 nm), providing a time resolution of 10 ps.
a mS20 microchannel plate photomultiplier for time-correlated single photon counting experiments,
allowing for a time resolution of 50 ps in a wide spectral range (250-800 nm).
A 11.5 Tesla and 1.4 K optical-magnetic cryostat for magnetooptical measurements.
